		<description>all you have to do is lift weights you&#039;ll mostly gain muscle and you will loose weight about ten pounds in 3 weeks maybe more lift for 30 minutes a day 4 days a week you&#039;ll feel stronger after each workout and if you really want to gain muscle buy some protein and make protein shakes this worked for me and now i bench 350 but i work out everyday for an hour and drinks protein shakes anyways good luck&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
